Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Links & Rinks gear. If something isn't right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition with all original tags attached
- Free from signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
- Not marked as Final Sale
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Starting a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges portal and enter your order information. Follow the instructions provided to submit your request.
Return & Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers who purchased optional return coverage at checkout may receive return shipping benefits according to the terms of that coverage.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your financial institution additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged through our Returns & Exchanges portal, subject to product and size availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Links & Rinks will cover applicable shipping costs when we have sent an incorrect or damaged item.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
